@Ex0t1c3 For now its still cosmetic. I believe in the beta it did more and that there where planes to implement it again.

But seems unlikely that they will change it now 2 years into the game. (who knows maybe i will be pleasantly surprised in 3.0)

@nightcaIIs The ONLY reason i would consider keeping him alive is pre 2.0 because he had one of the best sandi's ingame(I still always killed him but at least considered not too).
Post 2.0 there is no reason to not kill him
