@UPS I shipped and paid for a package to be sent within the state. The recipient never received the package and there was no updates or tracking for a week. Package was lost. Package is now found and returned to the initial shipping retail store. Why do I pay again to ship?

@DoorDash@DoorDash_Help As a consistent customer on a daily basis, l placed an order today. There was missing items. Customer service refused to issue a credit or refund due to “system failure”. Somehow accepted my payment though. Disappointing!
@DoorDash Loyal customer here who spends thousands/month sending food to elderly, today's orders were completely mishandled and then never delivered. Very disappointing experience.
