The 2025 annual mean temperature for Kilkenny was 11.0°. This made it our second warmest year on record. The 5 year average trend has been increasing steadily since 2012 (arrowed). In 2012 it was 9.8° now the 5 year average is at 10.8°. An increase of 1 degree in those 13 years.
