A woman stuck in traffic had to give birth roadside Saturday in San Francisco. The San Francisco Fire Department says paramedics also stuck in traffic arrived just in time to help deliver the baby girl named Ceille Ray, getting out of their ambulance and running two blocks.

SFPD have arrested and charged 68-year-old Philippe Chagniot with murder, in connection to a May 17th shooting in the Outer Sunset District. The city’s Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 58-year-old Eric Paul Bigone and police say Bigone was Chagniot’s tenant.
Monday night was a nightmare for Stefan Ahrendt when his car was stolen in Concord with his dog Henry inside. The Concord Police Department found the car 12 hours later, with the nine-year-old Cocker Spaniel safe and sound. Henry has been returned home! @kron4news
