I had the honor and joy to meet you at YCS London 2019. It was a brief moment, we had a good laugh and recorded some deck profiles together. Never knew that would be the last time.
Thank you @Cimoooooooo for what you did for the community. RIP 🙏😔
Absolutely heartbroken. Edited for Alex over the last two years, and he's far and away the most thoughtful, conscientious, and driven friend I've ever worked with.
Never met another person so truly in it for the love of pushing the envelope. A genuine King of Games.
I'm so sad to hear of the passing of @Cimoooooooo He was a true inspiration and gave me the courage among others to unabashedly love this game and continue to be passionate about it. There will never be another like him. Condolences to family and friends. Rest well, king 👑
I really have no idea how to react anymore, the news about Cimo just broke me, I started to watch his content when I started as a YGO artist, and I was so happy when I had the change to make a Prog mat for him...one of the best YGO creators out there
Rest in Peace King
Fuck you, cancer. You can’t take these memories away from me.
Alex, my friends and I are still together cuz of everything you’ve done for Yugioh. I’ll never stop being your fan. I’ll never stop being your friend.
My last conversation with Alex was him checking up on me, making sure I was okay. He was like a big brother to me and many others in the space.
I'll miss your light and your friendship.
Rest easy Alex
Still unreal that i'm writing this, but RIP Alex. He was one of the greatest humans out there. Period. An absolute pillar in the community and just all around great man. Fuck man.
I love you bro @Cimoooooooo and thank you for everything. RIP.
We took this group pic at Alex and Bryttni’s wedding. The night before everyone was meeting up in the hotel bar, Joseph was picking out a deck and I said “don’t bring your cards, this is a hangout at a bar.”
… Joseph was like the only person to show up empty-handed.
I haven't had many interactions with Cimo over the years but each one was incredibly pleasant. A trailblazer for the community with some of the most important videos in the sphere. Rest easy, Cimoooooooo
Some of my greatest laughs and journeys in my life were with you. I loved you so much man. You changed the Yu-Gi-Oh community forever in some of the best ways possible. Rest in peace Cimo.
I didnt really know Cimo, but he was one of the big reasons I got into this community, and my life is very different because of that. He made a big impact on a lot of people, and I know that was important to him.
There wont be another like him. Thank you Alex.
Many of you have heard the tragic news of Alex’s passing. He was a great youtuber, person, and friend. Several years ago, before we had ever spoken, he invited me to be a part of a new series he was working on, the Auction Series. Working on that series with him grew our
I can’t believe my friend Alex is gone. I loved him so much, he was an inspiration, the greatest guy you could ever hope to have a chance to meet.
He supported me through thick and thin, was always there for me when I needed him, I am beyond blessed to have gotten the chance to call this guy one of my best friends.
I’m gonna miss you buddy, you were too good for this world, I and everyone who you’ve touched through your content, your kindess and your humor will have you in their hearts forever. rest in peace ❤️
