@lufthansa @DavidSt99320898 It’s a joke what @lufthansa wants to do. People are afraid to fly, let them cancel without losing all their money. This airline will lose MORE from not re-booking one flight than the loss from never flying on their airline again. My global team won’t fly this airline ever again.
