DM: I would say a few things we look for:

1. Do you have a work rate and competitive mindset that set you apart?

2. Do you remain dialed in when you are off ball and have an understanding of off ball movement for support and balance?

3. Do you display leadership, positive interaction with teammates and use your voice?

4. Are you impacting the game?

5. Do you play with passion and look like you are having fun?
