Lighter than I’ve been in years. Not overly trying to eat as much either. Just heavy lifts, good recovery, and sticking to the basics. That’s it.
And no… I’m not on anything, or have I ever been. Currently at around 160lbs here. Crazy!!!
Lots of discussion over this new Hybrid Era F1 season… sure the V10’s were amazing, the DRS era was fun, but now - we get real action and plenty of overtakes. It’s a game of strategy & skill. I love it!

Another year added and back for my annual snowboarding at Big Bear. Each year I've seen less and less snow fall. Only 2 ski lifts open today, and more like ice boarding - but still, I love it. A mix of total freedom while boarding yet still locked in with focus.
Finally peaked at my highest calorie intake - 4500 a day. Weight isn't budging much above 112ls. Only thing left k change now is my training. Pushing the intensity and weights, with longer rest days.

I remember my first expo… the one I never made it to. I was 21, prepping for my first comp in London, proud of my grind. 20 years later, still feel the same! Big thanks to @powertecfitness + the EU team for having me at FIBO. Loved connecting with the next gen!
When I turned 41, I worried my best physique days were behind me. A big shoot pushed me to lock in: clean eating, heavy training, abs/cardio split. 6 weeks later, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in a decade.
