I am currently taking part in the #25pushupchallenge to raise awareness about mental health. Next week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2020 in the UK. Each day I will mention one of the many outstanding organisations/ charities that support people with their mental health.

Things I’ve learnt this week :
1. Relationship is everything
2. Disruption is the crucible of creativity and innovation
3. Crisis increases the rate of change
4. Leaders mustn’t raise the temperature but be a non-anxious presence
5. The need to withdraw & refresh is vital
