@ODH_Mortgages@MazzaInvests No, it was a renewal with my current provider. Im sure if we did a fresh evaluation our LTV would be 55%. Last evaluation was 7 years ago when we purchased it.
@taolowny@XRP_Alerts The physical or collateral for tokenised USD must be kept by a US treasury, the US Gov can issue a seizure at anypoint on that USD. XRP makes sense to switch the currency to whatever the receiver wants, their local currency or another.
@MeanMaltese@digitaloutlook3 Because they are accumulating. They might be $100k a month for 36 months. The amount of tokens they receive will strink each month is the price increases.
@ItsJamesHall Ive been checking deals for the last 3 months. The best I saw is 4.54%, Ive got that locked but can switch to a lower rate if they offer me one up until 14 days before the start of the new fixed.
It's all a guessing game π€£
@fynnvestor@PelletMarshy Β£30 a hour likely has you at the 40% tax band. So you may want to SIP your additional income to bring you under the 40% band.
@Ativodigitais@Golden_CycleXRP How often will the asset be transferred to new ownership?
What if asset has an owner for 6 months before another transaction changes the ownership.
XLM isnt being used for liquidity, it's only used for tokenisation.
@Ativodigitais@Golden_CycleXRP To put it simply, XLM is like a postage stamp. You only need a tiny amount to record an asset on the blockchain. XLM doesn't store the asset's value, it just writes the TxID on-chain to prove real-world ownership. The asset's value lives independently. Stellar is just the ledger.
@battlescott@money_cruncher Also reducing the amount of interest you will pay on a higher rate when the value of remortgaging is higher. Each to their own.
