When working in a team try to define "quiet hours" (e.g. 15h-16h), or a time in a day when all questions are forbidden and distractions are eliminated. This time is reserved for deep focus and work.

Be realistic, set smaller goals first, reach them and you will feel great because you managed the thing you said you would. Then set incrementally bigger goals, but try to be realistic. This is progress! 💪
