@amazon 30 days to process a refund is RIDICULOUS!!!! also every time you call for service they give you different answers to same problem!! @AmazonHelp I called twice today the first person said I’ll have my refund in an hour the second person 5 hours later said no up to 30days

@CarnivalCruise They went on 1 cruise over a year ago and STILL have the promotion and STILL get phone calls weekly from carnival asking them to book a cruise with unbelievable discounts, while I went on multiple since and receive nothing. It’s just VERY frustrating.

@CarnivalCruise I’ve been on multiple cruises spend money in the casino and lost my drinks free in casino offer within a few days while I brought someone on their first cruise who didn’t spend any money still has a casino offer and gets calls weekly to book free cruisesINSANE!
