What can orgs do to address #DEI needs?

Jeannie says:
1. Reach out to exhibitors to show where they can partner in solutions
2. Set example w/ inviting attendees, including accommodations...

Lisa notes: distances, elevator access, affordable hotels are all important too

"This doesn't end... it's a continuum... can you afford not to?" - Ryan re: how much focus on #DEI is needed (e.g. where does it end? how much will it cost?)

Then, she continues with a starting point for all: ask "what can you do with what you have now? And then iterate."
