RoCA will offer a series of eight-week classes to introduce students (ages 12-17) to the fundamentals of modern and contemporary dance. This unique opportunity covers choreography lessons and culminates with a final, fully rehearsed performance.
This spring Rockland Center for the Arts (RoCA) has joined forces with the Martin Luther King Multi-Purpose Center and Emotions Physical Theatre to bring FREE dance classes to the youth of Rockland County.
RoCA’s programs are made possible, in part, with funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and the New York State Legislature. Other funding for this program is made possible with funds from Wells Fargo.
