8448-8448-45 any day of the week between 9 am and 9 pm for English, Hindi & Telugu, and 4 pm to 9 pm for Gujarati. It's a safe space where you can talk freely and confidentially. We're here to listen, without judgment, just like a true friend. Your well-being matters to us.
