@Movies_analyst Honestly, given how Spellcasting in D&D works with regards to the Somatic Components (Hand Gestures), and assuming Smith didn't already know of this fact, he basically accidentally created the most accurate depiction of how Spellcasting works in the D&D world.

@SymplyTonbra @NodeOfWeb3 @OfficialTresure Interestingly, Aang only mastered 35 Airbending styles, but was awarded the rank of a Master Air Bender anyway because he came up with a completely original Air Bending Style, the Air Scooter, where he collects air into a sphere to ride around on.

@ani_meme25 @Lord_Hokage_PTS Not to mention the opposing philosophies. Airbenders were primarily pacifistic and would go out of their way to try and avoid a fight if they could. Korra however was always confrontational and had a big, "punch first, ask questions later "mentality that got her in trouble a lot.

@Hunchoquavo153 Avatar State allows the Avatar to access knowledge, skills and memories from previous Avatars. Not unreasonable to assume Waterbending with one of those skills. Only reason it's only waterbending is it's probably most prevalent element and most effective against firebenders.
