As you may have seen from customer posts on social media, we started shipping Croc Legend of the Gobbos Platinum Edition in mid-June. The first batch covered domestic orders for the Switch standard edition, and many of you have already received your copies.

Starting next week, we will ship the PS5 standard editions to domestic addresses. After that, we will move on to orders containing both Switch and PS5 versions, followed by international orders. Once all standard edition orders have shipped, we will begin shipping the Collector's Editions.

We completely understand your frustration, and we sincerely apologize for how long this process has taken.

The project itself has not been cancelled, and orders are currently entering the shipping process as final manufacturing and fulfillment are completed. The delays were caused by extended production timelines and additional approvals tied to decisions made later in the project, including updates connected to the Platinum Edition release plans. As a result, manufacturing and fulfillment took significantly longer than originally anticipated.

We absolutely understand why customers are upset after such a long wait, and we recognize that the delays have damaged trust with many people. While we cannot provide exact shipment dates for individual orders, fulfillment is actively progressing through the warehouse shipping queue.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email address.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the extremely long delay and appreciate your patience throughout this difficult process.
