I'm not a hater. I literally stated I attend games with a very very gay man. He also finds "pride nights" ridiculous, as does his husband. Just because I don't want to celebrate someone's sexual preferences doesn't make me a "hater" or a "snowflake." It means I don't support it, nor am I against anyone living how they wish to live. Seems that makes you the offended snowflake who doesn't like my opinion.

That's called gaslighting him. He has a very valid point. It's just not YOUR point, and that is upsetting to you. I've worn a uniform regardless of who's president. Do you ignore a sport because you cant stand a certain team that won the championship that year?

Our military supports us all. The national anthem is our country's song. Both are encompassing us all. In Canada, they play the Canadian national anthem, as they should. However, a sexually based pride is not encompassing everyone. In fact, it represents less than 2% of all citizens. Do you pray when others do? How would you feel about a Christian support night where everyone is there with Bibles, and prayers between innings? Maybe a Satanic game night? Tou ok with that? Doubt it. So, I'm all for people living their lives without others pushing their own beliefs onto others, either way. You do you. I'll be supportive on my country, those that fight for us to disagree, and enjoy the ballgame I'm there to watch.

Sexual preference and national unity of a country are vastly different things. I personally could care less about a military night. I'm there for a game, not to cheer on Adam & Steve's personal life. I'm not saying anything about their rights, or choices. I'm just not interested in celebrating it either. 90% of the time, I'm literally there with my gay friend. He's there for baseball as well.

It’s not stereotyping, it’s pattern recognition and having more than 1 brain cell
