We were just recently informed by four separate sources that our daughter has been on the streets, last seen leaving with a group of thug-looking people a long time ago.
No one knows where she is, who she is with, and no one is looking. She was taken from a small town in Montana and is now on the streets in Toronto area (as what we've been told) with mental health issues.

They said she hasn't been in school since she was taken from us, and that she is using drugs, gender hormones (like the female to male hormones she was being given behind our back), and isn't with any family at all.
Also, she had some kind of serious head injury. We were never informed. In fact, we've had no contact in almost 3 years!

We were on our way from Montana to Ohio. We stopped in Wisconsin to take this video call from CPS in Montana.

My wife and i had our barely 14 year old daughter taken away and sent to Canada because we refused "gender affirming care". It's been over two years without a word from or about her except from very concerned people around her.

Governor Gianforte said it was the right thing to do and slandered us.

Francis-Mahon Deaconess hospital in Glasgow, MT talked about "top surgery" at her room standing by her. They kept referring to her and "he, him" against our demands. Again, she was 14 years old!

CPS called us. I pointed my cell phone at my wife's and recorded this. It's a few people from CPS in Montana along with Dylan Jenson (County Attorney in Glasgow, MT). Feel free (and please do) share your thoughts.

We were on the Jordan Peterson show, Megyn Kelly, and many other shows. Judge Laird in Glasgow, MT threatened us with jail time for each social media post and each news interview.

Please share, comment. We want to stop this from happening to other families by exposing those that force this evil on our children.

The State Government of Montana (Governor Gianforte, State Attorney General office, DPHHS /CPS, and Judge Laird all need to be held accountable for their corrupt and immoral actions.

Unfortunately no one is allowed to see our entire CPS file (there is a lot the state of Montana has to hide). Prior to giving us the partial release.

CPS/DPHHS kept delaying, then claiming that they "had to create an entirely new copy of your file" (nothing suspicious about that...). See the image of email attached.

...and notice that through all this legal, we've never once been caught lying in anyway about anything. The State of Montana can't say that.

We can prove perjury multiple times. We can prove attempts to cover up misconduct and crimes.

Even the initial attacks on our family were due to complete and total lies (we have court docs /depositions under oath proving it that haven't been released yet).

That's why the gag-order.
That's why the threats of jail time for talking to the press and any social media posting.
That's why the slander from Gianforte.
That's why the Judge Laird protection orders (to hide misconduct).
That's why the threats to our family by the Montana State Attorney General office.
That's why the blocked evidence by the (dis)honorable Judge Laird.
That's why the threats of "house raids" and jail time to scare us into not showing up for the contempt of court hearing (we went public despite the corrupt idiot judge Laird threats).
That's why DPHHS /CPS refused to release our file or let us or our attorneys see it.
....we could go on and on.

The point is, it's obvious to the brain-dead who is guilty here and trying to cover up misconduct and crimes.

BTW: If Austin Knudsen can't run an honest & ethical State AG office, how is he going to be an honest & ethical State Governor?

Our barely 14-year-old daughter that was taken away from her loving home and sent to Canada because we refused gender-affirming care, that YOU SUPPORTED, has had her life destroyed by the corrupt State of Montana Government.

We have been notified by multiple sources that a long time ago she was last seen leaving with a group of thug looking people. No one has seen her since.

Her "Sponsor" the State of Montana sent her to can't legally be a sponsor (we were told by the source!). No one knows where she is, who she is with, and no one is looking.

She was an "A" student when she lived with us and had just finished 8th grade. Now she will be 18 years old this May and has an 8th grade education and possibly living with pedophiles.

It's amazing how much damage the State of Montana Government is willing to do to a little girl so they can cover-up misconduct and other crimes.

UPDATE: In the last couple days we just found out heart-breaking news from multiple sources:

Our young daughter that was taken away and sent to Canada has no "Sponsor" there. The intended sponsor wasn't legally allowed to be a sponser. They last seen her leave in a car with some kind of thug-looking people

No one knows where she is or who she is with. No one is looking.

It was also told to us that she has been using drugs, vapes, and on gender hormones. Remember, she was being given these at barely 14 years old (and possibly younger) behind our back.

We were also told that she had some kind of serious head trauma a while back. We were never told anything about this.

When she lived with her loving parents in Glasgow, MT she was an "A" student. We haven't seen or heard from her in almost 3 years now. She hasn't been to school since. She will be 18 this coming May and have an 8th Grade education, living in Canada with no medical coverage, possibly with pedophiles.

Lastly, we were told by those that know much more, that her life has been destroyed. The State of Montana is repsonsible for this!

Judge Laird (the dishonorable one), Montana State AG Office (Michael Schneider and his side kick Brad Tucker did make threats regarding her prior to all of this.

I remember waking up on the morning of February 23, 2024 and turning on my computer. The Microsoft browser rotated the top three news stories at the top. We were one of the three.

Today is our youngest daughter's 17th birthday. We haven't seen or heard from her at all in going on three years.

My wife & i refused "Gender-Affirming Care" so they took away our daughter and sent her to Canada. The Montana State Attorney General Gianforte agreed with what CPS/DPHHS did to us.

The Montana State Attorney General office (Knudson's office, Michael Schneider the corrupt as hell threat maker) made threats regarding our daughter. These threats were confirmed by CPS (confirming the office, but not the person).

Michael Schneider and Brad Tucker (two thugs the State AG sent) made threats regarding our youngest daughter.

At barely 14, she had been given female-to-male hormones behind our back.

The Francis-Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Montana talked about "top-surgery" at her room. One of her caregivers from that same hospital jumped us in public while out for dinner and yelled "you knew your daughter is trans and you should have supported her with transitioning".

CPS /DPHHS and the (dis)honorable Judge Yvonne Laird in Glasgow, MT took away our daughter and sent her to Canada where she is currently "missing" by what we are being told. She does not live with any family and none knows where she is (this from two separate reliable sources).
She was taken because we refused "gender-affirming care".

We were also told she has never been back to school this entire time since she was taken.

That's horrible. Same thing in Glasgow, MT. Expensive tool boxes, computer hardware, expensive monitor, and about $10,000 in other belongings stolen. We have the guy on video, he admitted it, a witness saw him with a gun in his pants, and others in Glasgow sent us screenshots of our stuff for sale on Facebook marketplace. Dylan Jensen (Vally County attorney) and police there did nothing.

The City of Glasgow brought on the State Attorney General prosecutor.

CPS admitted that "someone from that office" contacted them (and this after a direct threat was made to do just that!).

The Francis-Mahon Deaconess Hospital medical worker talking about "top surgery" at our 14-year-old daughter's room. Using "he/him" pronouns against our wishes. Even going as far to yell at us in public while out for dinner saying "you knew your daughter was trans and you should have supported her transitioning!"
We actually have an apology letter for that last one, but that's likely because of the many witnesses. (attached that document to this).

The local news was not posting or releasing the important facts regarding our case. Again, look at the picture of three websites in Glasgow, MT (the City, the Hospital, and the KLTZ News Director. See the other attachement from the court discovery (email chain).

Look at the attached picture of the conversation with the Montana Law maker. Notice the statement "I'm afraid that the govt is circling the wagons to protect itself and that includes the gov office"

It's our strong opinion that the gag order followed by threats of contempt for every news interview and social media post by the (dis)honorable Judge Laird was part of the "circling the wagons", as well as the threat to call CPS regarding our young daughter by Brad Tucker (on behalf of the State AG, he was with Michael Schnieder at court).

Very obvious what such a "damage control" setup this likely is! Where do civil or constitutional rights fit in to this? Shouldn't we be able to have confidence in our local hospital to not be influenced by politics or even cover-ups?

Another side note:

About 15 to 30 minutes after a Dr. Ross from the Francis-Mahon Deaconess hospital in Glasgow, Montana called us saying they had a room available for our barely 14-year-old daughter in Wyoming and wanted our immediate approval (which we denied).
*At the time, this state allowed "Gender-affirming care" without parental approval.

The police showed up with CPS and removed custody within about 15 to 30 minutes.
It's been 3 years. Haven't seen our daughter or heard anything from her.

It's interesting that when the police and CPS came to our house to notify us they were removing custody, i asked the CPS worker if Michael Schneider from the Montana State Attorney General office had called CPS.
She immediatley informed me that she isn't allowed to tell me WHO called, but did confirm it was "someone from that office".

Also interesting the relationship between the hospital, City, and news. The City had already brought on the State AG office prior (See attachements).

Two of these are from the City of Glasgow website. One was distributed around (others pointed this out, and Dylan Jensen said it was "likely and oversite because it was the AG").

In our opinion, it's what the state did regarding our daughter had other motives. Brad Tucker had made a threat to call CPS (to my wife at an office in Great Falls, MT). He was in court side by side with Michael Schnieder.
