He was very impressed with our HQ and our work. 😊
Thank you so much Mark for your visit 👍

Supporting men & boys is key to creating safer communities.
It was fantastic to see this brought to life through powerful conversations at yesterday’s @GaspedOfficial event.
Richard Spencer from Ch 5’s ‘My Wife, My Abuser’ was there, helping shine a light on the unseen issues.
Our volunteers give so much to our organisation, without them we wouldn’t be able to do what we do. Thank you to our current volunteers and all those who have made a difference over the last 13 years. #VolunteersWeek
As a charity Redeeming Our Communities has been taking university students over this last year to work on placements within our mental health crisis hubs in Wythenshawe. It’s been a great initiative and students have really valued the work experience. We hope that this new scheme works across GM. https://t.co/KjsBBAiVQ7

Happy #Pentecost Sunday. On the Day of Pentecost, the ascended Jesus poured out the Holy Spirit on His followers as He had promised, transforming them to begin their global mission.
Some of the ACT Street Angels met with the Chief Constable of Lancashire last night along with other Street Angel and Street Pastor groups from across Lancashire.
The team said, "It is encouraging to meet with others involved in this work, to share experiences and to know how much the work is valued by the police."
Thanks to everyone who attended our People's Fund 'You Decide' events.

ROC Northern Ireland launch new project at Stormont…
The DI&CE (Disability Inclusion & Community Engagement) Project is a new collaborative programme delivered by Orchardville and ROC Northern Ireland. The two year project funded by PEACEPLUS Changemakers will work with community organisations and people with disabilities to educate and raise awareness about diversity in Northern Ireland.
ROC will be delivering 8 workshops with Orchardville staff and participants - equipping community groups, churches and faith based groups in how to be more inclusive of those with learning disabilities, autism and neurodivergent conditions.
We’re looking forward to working with Orchardville over the next two years, bringing our experience and expertise in community engagement as together we seek to empower and equip groups with the tools and better understanding of how to include those with learning disabilities into community initiatives and programmes.
