@Devsthetix True. Started a GLP-3 and was tired as expected. So, stopped resistance training for 4-5 weeks but still did cardio and sauna. Started res training this week and the decline in strength was shocking. But did lose the 20 lbs. I wanted to lose. The cost was more than expected
