@sweetgreen Your store in Uptown Charlotte isn’t following the order. I am a faithful everyday customer but that’s gonna change if they can’t get the dressing right. Second strait order wrong and I can’t call the store. Please help
@HomeDepot I can’t get any help in the Oxon Hill MD store. No one answers the phone or they hang up immediately. I’m taking my business to @Lowes if I can’t get decent service. I’m willing to lose a $1K deposit because your service is unacceptable.

@cvspharmacy Does anyone answer the phone in the pharmacy? Calling about a prescription is real. On hold for 20+ minutes and still waiting. Next prescription @Walgreens
@JosABank Follow up. The customer service experience suggested above was pointless. Five days and a few series of emails later and I still had to go to the store to return and their offer was to try again for the same price and the same free shipping that I can get on my own. Really

@Costco VERY Disappointed Purchased a washer had it delivered and driver left it in the garage not installed. Five phone calls AND a trip to the warehouse later and I have no choice but to return it. NO CUST SVS. But there is also a #privacy issue with my personal info.

@BestBuy troubled and disappointed there’s no policy exception to extend return time for seniors not able to lift and carry 50” TV not working. Can’t help from out of state until past the return window. Wanted to replace with another brand. Can someone apply good service and help
@AmericanAir I just paid for an exit row seat and I can barely sit down. This is the same as any other seat. Those are my knees against the seat. What did I pay for
