@omgsidewalks GenZ is learning there are no participation trophies in the work world. It is hard and it was no different 30 years ago - living paycheck to paycheck, driving a used inexpensive car, not going out to eat, etc was the norm. Apt was 850 but salary was 24k annually. Takes time.
