@ThreeUK , your chat service is not fit for purpose. Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

I see @Barclaycard are now giving an error on their website a month earlier than they advertised when you try and pay your statement with a debit card.
I've had a BarclayCard for 20+ years, time to find a better bank I think.
