🧐In this post, we will try to answer the most common question revolving around Staked $ZYB.

✨How will holders of $sZYB make a profit?

📢 Before going further, let's first clear up a common misunderstanding regarding sZYB.

⚡️With the introduction of sZYB we are not "inventing" a new token. There is and always will be only one token - ZYB. You can look at sZYB as proof that your ZYB is actually staked and that you are trully invested in Zyberswap. Conversion between ZYB and sZYB will always be 1:1. However, the protocol earnings and other benefits will be available only for sZYB holders!

💫But what is the catch? Why would only sZYB holders get the benefits?

🔒 Good question. The answer is in vesting. Converting ZYB to sZYB is similar to locking ZYB in Vaults. Once you convert ZYB to sZYB you will have to wait a certain period of time before you will get 100% of ZYB back. However, this new model has significant improvement over the existing Vault model. Holders of sZYB will have an option of "emergency" conversion to ZYB before the vesting period ends. But there is a catch. If you decide to prematurely convert sZYB to ZYB you will not get 1:1 conversion rate, you will receive less ZYB. The difference will be burned! This will further benefit the protocol and price performance of ZYB token.

💰Sharing Protocol Earnings

🏦 You can imagine the sZYB as a share of #Zyberswap. Everyone that owns sZYB owns a percentage of the Zyberswap and is therefore entitled to the benefits offered on Zyberswap. Once you own sZYB, you get to fully experience all the perks of Zyberswap: Sharing Protocol Earnings is just one of them!

🧐The process of earning is quite simple, the more significant portion of Zyberswap you own, the more earnings you will get. In addition to receiving extra sZYB to your account, you will also get rewards from the Current Cycle Pair. This pair will change every month. For instance, in May, you will receive rewards in the form of ETH/USDC + sZYB, while the next month, the Cycle Pair will change to BTC/USDC + sZYB.
