It was back to it on Tues for our ROFC Men’s 1sts & U23s as they were sent off on the 1st of many pre season runs 🏃‍♂️
Everyone made it back to The Royal Oak in 1 piece but let's just say, there wasnt much talking when they got back 🤣

On Sat our ROFC U7 Rattlesnakes attended the NGLFL End of Season Tournament
The team received a Merit Award for their effort & performances through the season 👏🏼
A fab 1st league season for the girls-we’re incredibly proud of their hard work, development & team spirit 💪🏼

It was a glorious morning of football up at SNA last Saturday as our ROFC U8s Pumas, Leopards, Bears and Panthers and U7 Tigers all played. 2 wins and 2 draws between the teams and some excellent football
