✅ $727,707 for the construction of two netball courts with lights at Deledio Reserve Netball Courts in Dunolly.

✅$30,000 for planning work for an Urban Bike Park, Bristol Hill

In some exciting news, Khoa Do has been appointed to the role as Central Goldfields Youth Council Mayor and Elizabeth Lewington and Anakin Hurley have been named Deputy Youth Mayors! 🎉🎉

The trio will lead the Youth Council during their term which runs until December 2023.

It was great to have Anne Webster MP and @LouiseStaley attend a community meeting in Carisbrook last night. Hosted by local SES, Police, Ambulance, CFA and Council. It was a chance to hear from residents about how to improve safety and communications.

With all the rain this year our new irrigation system might not get much of a workout. It will be a game changer in the dry years keeping our Phillips Gardens green and gorgeous all year round

Phillips Gardens in Maryborough will now be green and lush all year round with the installation of a new irrigation system. The $150,000 project was made possible thanks to @VicGovAu Growing Victoria’s Botanic Gardens grants program.

A priority project for @CG_Shire is moving ahead- with consultant teams commencing work to deliver key elements of the Talbot Futures Project- which includes a sewerage scheme design for the town.
@VicGovAu's Living Regions Living Suburbs Fund provided $630,000 for the project

The transformation of the Central Goldfields Art Gallery is well underway with excitement building for the project, which has attracted funding through the @VicGovAu Regional Collections Access Program and Regional Tourism Infrastructure Projects, to be completed later this year.

@CG_Shire has endorsed its first Youth Council! 13 young people have just begun their first term, which will run until December 2023. The establishment of a Youth Council is thanks to funding through the @VicGovAu Engage! Program
