@SirTomHunter Friends flew to Palma from Malaga yesterday and had to hold for over an hour due to winds. Cabin service was also canceled due to turbulence. Landed safe and sound eventually.
@Bookwormroom@ConorRyan_93@BridgetPhetasy Where do you start with this? The assertion that having a welfare state pacifies you or the complete ignorance not to know the difference between Scotland and England.
@MarkPalmerST@TimesSport TBF Mark, the only time I’ve seen men washing hands at Murrayfield was the France game just before the Covid lockdown!….of course the water was cold though.
@TEnglishSport Bath went full noise and Edinburgh didn’t. Their unavailability list is massive so they had academy players turning out against prem champions. The decision to rest some players is odd, but what other options were available!
@keelyhodgkinson Still in Japan and couldn’t agree more. No graffiti, everyone polite, people don’t even lock their bikes….UK is like a battle zone in comparison.
@interesting_aIl Doesn’t make any difference. The ‘German’ is using standard special bricks on a stretcher course and the ‘British’ is using cut bricks on a header course. Zero comparison. Worked in Germany for 2 years and most brickes were either British or Polish.
@ShareBear1776 @nicksortor Funny….the BAe Hawk (Red Arrows) and the F16 (Thunderbirds) first flew in 1974….so you’ve got cute old planes over there also.
@Turbinetraveler BA only briefly operated DC-10, inheriting them from B Cal. They got rid of them quickly and concentrated on the 747?and L-1011 for long haul.
