@AmazonUK I have an order that Evri claimed to deliver but confirmed they haven’t and told to contact the third party seller on your platform. I am going round in a loop unable to report it either to them or to have a conversation with your customer service team. Exasperated!
@santanderukhelp This is a retrograde step to have to use two apps where one previously worked. I’ve had no explanation about this and my wife didn’t even No there was a new app until I told her so wasn’t aware of this problem. My ID doesn’t work on the personal app -how do I go about getting it?
@santanderukhelp since changing to the new business app I don’t now seem to be able to make payments from our personal account. There has been no communication from you as to how to do this.
@santanderukhelp It shouldn’t have been released without this being possible. I was stuck in Ireland last week having downloaded the app before the old one expired and was unable to make payments!

@Opus_Energy After the third attempt on Option 2 - ‘Financial Difficulties’, which I’m not in, I eventually got through to someone. Disappointed my email of 31 January had not been actioned by anyone. Need to check your phone system as it’s not working properly.

@Go_CheshireWest I am aware this is not an isolated issue. There are many people in Helsby & also someone in Kingsley that I am aware of who are all experiencing the same issues over a similar timescale.
@Go_CheshireWest Ref: WM368958036 My wife has just spoken yet again to someone in Service Liason Team. As well as broken bins we keep getting broken promises. I’m aware there are lots of broken bins in Helsby with many people waiting as long as us. This needs sorting - it’s a health hazard.
