What about regular gas prices? It is more important than the diesel prices because most people own gasoline cars or EV vehicles and not diesel vehicles.

Reducing the price of diesel only benefits mostly the rich who own the transportation companies. It will nonetheless help the independent contractors (owner/operators) who use diesel.

That's what I think about it.
