@Opehyehmmi I used to have the same thing. Did a diet change for about 2 month and it’s stopped. Ate porridge for 3 days, went on 1month 2 weeks fruits only diet to cleanse my system . Ate more pineapple, watermelon and coconut than other fruits. Then braised rice with sardine or fried eggs

@QKrakye @CitImmCanada Thanks bro. But the issue is, after submitting my application, IRCC system added my middle name to Family name on my BIL. VFS agent says they can't take my biometrics because it's a different person, so I should send IRCC an email to issue a new BIL, so I can take my biometrics.
