@RNGingy@TheFaithSheriff@theburntpeanut GINGY damn you fine ash I always heard the voice but never saw the face, you trying to go out and get some coffee later on?
@AlexanderPadge8@SteveInmanClips He was brandishing it, you can’t just flex or pull out a weapon at least here in cali it’s illegal the only time you can bring it out is if your life’s in danger
@silentblossom_ No, but not the fact that he is bad or anything was stolen from him but more bc these laws are to protest us Americans there’s a reason they existing what happens if a person after him removes the whole constitution and it makes himself the ruler?!
@JadenSamuelson@starr4865@ImMeme0 Now before you try to tell me something about Per Tinker v. Des Moines that means that they aren’t allowed to start throwing bricks or lighting things on fire that is considered a Riot therefore they can be acted on my case is closed read a book plz
@JadenSamuelson@starr4865@ImMeme0 School hours don’t change constitutional limits. Not intervening isn’t “allowing” it it’s recognizing they didn’t have the legal authority to shut it down. Also let me know Jaden what is he supposed to do as well to get it shut down
@Combee46@libertarianesqu@ImMeme0 You’re confusing individual discipline with mass protest suppression. Schools can punish misconduct, but that doesn’t mean they can forcibly shut down a large, peaceful protest. “Substantial disruption” isn’t a magic shutdown button.
@tmueller32@starr4865@ImMeme0 Instead of talking out of emotion, maybe read a book and learn how the First Amendment actually works. If you want a place where people get silenced for protesting, there are plenty of countries that operate that way this isn’t one of them.
@tmueller32@starr4865@ImMeme0 None of what you said makes sense. The protest happened because students walked out of class so what exactly is “enforcing school hours” supposed to do at that point? Teach empty rooms? This is a public school a protest can legally happen there and he can’t stop it or remove them
@tmueller32@starr4865@ImMeme0 He didn’t allow it, and he didn’t “manage” it either. He stood there because there was nothing he could legally do without violating the First Amendment. Not intervening isn’t approval it’s a legal limitation. Acting like he had some magic authority to shut it down
@sgrrmagg@higgster225@Matt_Pinner Wait so who cooks the meal? The chef or the waiter, when you mean give me a good meal like do you man they just bring it to my table like what they are paid to do?
@ImMeme0 Half of these people in the comments must be living under a rock or out of state, last time I checked there’s no one that can stop you from a peaceful protest it’s in our constitution just like there’s people that support ice, theres also people don’t and that okay
@starr4865@ImMeme0 He allowed?? You must not live in the USA, anyone of any age is allowed to protest it’s called freedom of speech your allowed to use that right and no one can stop you from doing that just like there’s protest support ice there could be the opposite as well
