Today I discussed with BJP Odisha state President @SamirMohantyBJP bhai. He is very cordial & assured to solve the long pending demands of 70k rly ers of @airef_official . He also supported our dharna in 2016. Rly Ers are thankful to him for kind support.

In 3rd, 4th & 5th CPC, SSO were one grade down than SSE. But now SSO gets two grade higher pay than SSE as SSO in Level-9 and SSE in Level-7.

Thanks Japan to give opportunity to Osaka to lighten the Olympic Cauldron. It will help Osaka to come out from depression. Sir such type treatment required from your side for Rly SSE's to come out from depression as they are depressed due to poor status in rly. @AshwiniVaishnaw

By special efforts of AIREF, Rly Brd has principally agreed to upgrade Rly Engineers upto L-9(GP 5400). It is a collective effort of all ZREA and engineers working in IR.
AIREF will continue to fight for others demands like Group B etc.

Upgradation of group c Engineers in Indian Railways must be considered duly keeping nature of duties, fortunately We are joining railways after completing B.E or Diploma struggling holl life in same group c and Unfortunately most of Engineers are retired as same

(1/2) Sir Railway Engineer is in Group C while other Central Engineer like Junior Engineer (GP-4200) of CPWD, MES etc. is placed in Group B and Railway Engineer has no time bound promotion throughout his life, whereas other Central Engineers are in Group B.
