@JioMart_Support More then 12hrs has pasd but order is still under process. What are you people trying to do. Stop this service when you can't solve the issue. I don't want a generic msg about the procedures of how to check the order status. I am aware about it that's the reason I have posted it.
@JioMart_Support I don't think you are serious about your apology. Again order is under process from last 30 mins and I don't have any option to cancel it. Now again I will have to wait for my refund to get processed.

@OlaElectric My vehicle is at thane service centre. The battery % is now critically low. I even got a recorded call for the same. But even after sending you emails. No action has been taken on it.
Please provide a contact number of manager of thane service centre.
@OlaElectric@bhash after filing a complaint on National Consumer Helpline my vehicle was towed to Thane service centre after that I have no update about the status of my vehicle. I have sent many emails but could find any update. Vehicle battery % has gone to 17.
@OlaElectric@bhash I am getting no support from ola customer care. They speak rudely, they disconnect the call , they have no idea about the status of my complain.
Do you have any idea what EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE means ? This is really frustrating. I am filing a case against Ola.
@OlaElectric Both the brake pads of s1 pro needs to be replaced. Thr is also sound comig from back below. belt is slipping. tried taking is to servc centre at ambernath but they are asking for appointmnt. But all slots are full. I am trying it from 1 week. No help from cstmr care
@manojloya123@airtelindia I am facing the same issue. When asked for refund . They send the same script . We never wish to partways wala. But no body is solving the problem
@Airtel_Presence I have raised my query here on x and received a DM but every time a new agent comes and sends same script. Looks like nobody is interested to solve my problem. I will take this matter to consumer court now.
@Airtel_Presence even after raising a complain here on X , there is no solution. You have sent me a DM but I am receiving no response from you. Either provide me a solution to my problem or refund me my money so that I could chose Jio fiber.

@OlaElectric My ola was restarting again and again.Took it to Ambernath service cntre. They said it's BMS issue and they have raised a req and waiting for approval & will be ready in 2,3 days It has been 2 days they have not recvd the apprvl they are saying it will take 10-15 dys
@airtelindia I applied for Wifi and made the payment. Engineer is still not assigned.
Tried calling customer care too, it says Press 3 for wifi but even after pressing 3 there is no response. Tried with different airtel number too. But still no response. Please look into it.
