This is the truth of Tanks in modern warfare. Armour is deadman walking. All money being spent on their maintenance is waste. But no army incl @adgpi will abandon them unless they are laid waste on battle field. Time to retrain tankmen into drone warfare units. They can maintain skill level by regular training on tanks. But any capital / revenue expenditure to maintain force strength is sheer wastage of defence budget.

Yes, there is. You as politician doesn't see future of your kids here while you are part of the ruling government which is responsible for making India better. This means that you do not trust the ability and vision of @narendramodi to make India a better country in future. And you do not see the bureaucrats and other political leader's capable of it making India a better country. They would not have citizenship without you making the right decisions and efforts. They have no backing of land etc.
They have been cheated by economic planners.
