अंबरनाथ पूर्व पश्चिमेला जोडणाऱ्या उड्डाणपुलावर मोठ्या प्रमाणात खड्डे पडले आहेत. या खड्ड्��ांमधून वाट काढताना अंबरनाथकरांचे दररोज मोठे हाल होतायत. शिवाय खड्ड्यांमुळे उड्डाणपुलावर मोठी वाहतूक कोंडीही होतेय. मात्र याकडे नगरपालिका लक्ष देत नसल्याचा आरोप करत मनसे शहर उपाध्यक्ष बबलू खान आणि प्रकाश नलावडे यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली मनसेनं आज उड्डाणपुलावर अनोखं आंदोलन केलं. कार्यकर्त्यांनी चक्क पीपीई किट घालून खड्ड्यांमध्ये मुनवॉक केला. हे खड्डे पाहून आपण जणूकाही चंद्रावरच आहोत, असा भास होत असल्यामुळे पालिकेचं या समस्येकडे लक्ष वेधण्यासाठी आपण हे आंदोलन केल्याचं मनसेचे बबलू खान यांनी सा��गितलं.

FORTRESS TICKET CHECKING DRIVE conducted today 04/08/26 at Ghatkopar station.

Total 265 without ticket passengers penalised with ₹ 1,26,330 penalty.

1) 2 Without AC Ticket passengers penalised with ₹ 1,155 penalty.
2) 16 First Class Without Ticket passengers penalised with ₹ 9,095.
3) 15 Difference Fare passengers penalised with ₹ 8,420.
4) 192 Second Class Without ticket passengers penalised with ₹ 97,870.
5) 38 Unbooked Luggage cases penalised with ₹ 5,790.
6) 1 Hawker and 1 Handicap Misuse penalised with ₹ 2,000 penalty each.

Total 15 TTEs and 5 RPF participated in the drive.

A moving two-wheeler suddenly caught fire near Powai Lake in Mumbai after the rider noticed smoke coming from the vehicle and stopped it on the roadside. Police personnel rushed to the spot and extinguished the flames. A short circuit in the bike's internal wiring is suspected to have caused the fire.

Based on a complaint on social media regarding unhygienic conditions at the Multi Purpose Stall in the waiting room at Thane station, corrective action was taken by Central Railway.
The stall has been sealed for 7 days and a penalty of Rs.15,000 also has been imposed on the Contactor.

Police Commissioner Vishwas Nangare Patil expressed concern over the growing screen time among today's youth while speaking at a Kargil Vijay Diwas programme organised by Bhosala Military School. He said Gen Z is India's future, but added that it has become difficult to even advise the younger generation.
