I come singing from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, revering life in snow mountains and embracing all things on grasslands. Sincerely I invite you to walk with me, guarding our deep love for nature and friendship🙏🙏🙏

Remember those halcyon days of
Youth
Carefree days, happy days
When we lay on the soft grass
watching clouds on a spring day
Guessing shapes, guessing past times
We laughed and danced on the heads
Of bliss
Let’s go back there my friend
Happy and unafraid of today.

In the arms of my beloved
I fear no harm
Be it life playing its final chapter
As my days draw to a close
I revel in our laughter
Of shared stories and jokes
I know that I am in paradise
Earthly be that it may
When I rise to meet my Creator
I’ll await my beloved in the
Heavenly realms
Then when he arrives I’ll say
‘See we are connected, my love,
Forever and a day”

“Happy Mother’s Day,”
wrote Hans in 1935,
from inside Dachau’s darkness,
where brutality eclipsed humanity.
I hope and pray the greeting reached his mother.

I took this heartbreaking photo at Dachau Concentration camp Memorial in 2022.
Where winter rains
once drowned my favorite park
Until it became a small lake
With the lonely goose or mallard pair
Swimming in the empty water
Weeks later there joyously appeared,
fields of bright green grass
swaying in the gentle breeze,
Sprinkled with large stepping stones
And picnic tables and walkways.
So my spirit is being transformed
From a grey pool of melancholy
To bright field of new beginnings.
The illness that captured my happiness
Has been lightened with hopefulness
I am better
Praise the Lord I am better.
