Dear Mykhailo, you did a great job for defence of Ukraine and for defence of Europe!
It was a big pleasure and honour to work together!
In Europe we are learning a lot from defence of Ukraine!
Slava Ukrainy! Herojam slava!
Joint defence projects are helping speedy integration of Ukraine into the EU.
With @FedorovMykhailo we signed agreements to associate 🇺🇦 with two key 🇪🇺defence industry programs - EDF & EDIP/USI.
UA is becoming part of our 🇪🇺 policies & instruments. Integration in progress!
@EU_Propaganda Absolutely agree, FR trains are old and overpriced. Had a trip recently through FR, was a disaster, boiled in an unconditioned bike compartment with ripped seats (and yes this was TGV)
Unanimity in defense must "absolutely" go, Commissioner Kubilius tells EU Perspectives. The European Defense Union will become its own independent pillar of Nato. It includes a new US-style Security Council to speed up reforms and decisions approved by qualified majority voting
@lootklng@FT Stop talking bs. This is Spanish national government decision, just like after Brexit, British national government let in more immigrants than pre-Brexit
@mc_set@denisyurchak By law they actually are not. The non-sense here is that they are free when you are abroad "roam like home", however it doesn't apply when you're in home country, then your carrier can charge you extra for calling to another EU country, shouldn't be too expensive though.
@NXT4EU I respect this page for promoting 🇪🇺unity, but this mirrors anti-EU propaganda.
Prices will be shown first WITH luggage; you can remove it later for a discount.
Comment on EU bureaucrats is just wow, complete Trumpian nonsense. This was agreed by European PARLIAMENT and Council.
Europe needs national Parliaments also to answer - how do we build a post cold war NATO 3.0?
How we are going to make the European Pillar of NATO stronger?
In order to make our transatlantic NATO stronger.
How to achieve Single Defence Market in the EU?

@Mylovanov people comparing it to Ukraine completely miss the point. Ukraine has the biggest army in Europe and is willing to sacrifice so much. And even they lost territory the size of several EU states. The only solution is a European Army as Zelensky pointed out
Exactly one year ago today, we launched the EU 🇪🇺 #SAFE loans to strengthen Europe’s defence readiness.
Today, the first payments are reaching national governments.
Record speed. Record scale. €150 billion for Europe’s security and defence. Europe is stepping up.
@NXT4EU The reality is that there is also condition for reciprocity. Meaning partners can't be excluding EU products. So USA fails this obligation from day 1, and thus is excluded from the preference definition. Also the idea its very clearly to lock out China.
Ricapitolando.
Durante alcune delle manifestazioni per il 25 aprile, cioè manifestazioni che dovrebbero celebrare la libertà contro ogni oppressione:
• Aggressioni contro chi portava una bandiera ucraina (tra cui anche esponenti politici), cioè la bandiera di un popolo che combatte per la sua libertà contro un invasore. Si sono viste addirittura immagini indegne di un anziano a cui viene impedito di partecipare alla manifestazione;
• Sindaci democraticamente eletti, di ogni schieramento politico, contestati e insultati;
• Cartelli e targhe in ricordo delle Foibe imbrattati;
• La Brigata ebraica insultata in piazza e costretta ad allontanarsi dal corteo sotto scorta delle Forze dell’ordine.
Se questi sono quelli che dicono di difendere libertà e democrazia, direi che abbiamo un problema.
Available numbers show that last year Russia produced 1100 cruise missiles. The EU - 300. Ballistic missiles: Russia - 900; the EU- 0.
To deter Russia we must outproduce Russia.
Today in #ITRE I presented how @EU_Commission is stepping in to help MSs and industry to ramp up🇪🇺
EU Defense Commissioner Andrius Kubilius proposed signing a new intergovernmental European treaty to create a genuine defense union that would prepare the bloc for independent protection and include Ukraine, Britain, and Norway, according to Euractiv. He questioned whether current EU treaties are sufficient and suggested modeling it after the Schengen agreement. President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen first raised the idea at the start of her second term, together with plans to increase defense spending and coordination.
