Kenyans must understand what is happening. They created hospitals that don’t exist, registered them in the SHA system, and are now siphoning billions through them.

The audacity is staggering: they loot in the name of saving lives.
The cruelty is unbearable: they rob Kenyans while patients are turned away from real hospitals with nothing.
