I didn't think we'd get to this point but I've just sent legal letters to a potential investor.
We were initially looking forward to having HKSTP ( Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks) come into our strategic round and thus committed to their lease, however conversations broke down and now we're left in a bind.
We hope their CEO Albert Wong can do the right thing and honor HKSTP's mission of supporting the startup ecosystem and Hong Kong entrepreneurs instead of prioritizing narrower financial considerations. If not, we'd have no choice but to take all necessary actions to protect our rights and interests.
While 2024 was tough for many LBE startups, we’ve been able to hit $75m systemwide ticket sales, a 25% increase from 2023.
Looking back, turns out owning and cross-innovation on the full vertical helped us win: the tech, platform, content development, and operations. This enabled us to deliver what we believe to the best experience for our guests.
2025 will be an even bigger year for as we embark on the biggest growth spike in our company’s history. Can’t wait to make this happen!

Seven long years was what it took to get to this milestone. It's also a difficult reminder of surviving the early days followed by clawing our way back from the dead (bankruptcy) in order to keep fighting and get past COVID.
Today, nearly 150K guests today visit us monthly. I'm incredibly grateful for our team, investors, and partners who've supported us throughout our journey. And with franchising accelerating, we'll only move faster from here!
