@MHarkinz1@flamingpie33 You too once were a child, maybe a little prince, to some. Now you’re just an ignorant and clueless dipshit posting hateful comments on a photo of a human being you don’t even know, whose life mustn’t have been easy. I feel sorry for you for having such little critical thinking.
@infectedyl4n You already know they won’t look like that in the movies. There are things called hair and make up artists. They’ve been around for a while. Do you think Austin Butler looked like Elvis before the movie was made? 🙄🙄
@pastaquincy No, he wrote Get Back on the other one ;) But he played the original one a lot during the early days of the Get Back project - it makes totale sense to play Get Back on it ;)
(I still can't get over the fact that we just got to see him play this bass again 🤯)
@murphycat11 The only reason people believed it was stolen in 1969 is because it was last seen during the Get Back sessions. That's it. But there was no proof, nor any reports that it was stolen back then. But there is proof of a theft in 1972... what more do you need?
@murphycat11 Yes he was. When it comes to Beatles/McCartney history, I know what I'm talking about.
Also, I'll never forget the video where you said you had no idea of what this bass was - all the info you had was the brand, Höfner - but now, you seem to know all about it... I mean, come on!
@murphycat11 It was indeed stolen in October 1972. It was in the newspaper, and here's the proof. Check out the date.
Looking forward to hearing your story, tho.
Best regards
@CathyGuest9 @RassilonP I understand you're under contract (even though I don't understand why Paul hasn't posted anything about the bass, besides a small message on his website) I hope we'll get to know the truth, one way or the other, once it's all settled.
@CathyGuest9 I don't know him personally. No need to be sarcastic - I'm just respectfully asking question because I'm a bit concerned about all this and all the different versions. "All I want is the truth" .. to quote John Lennon ;)
@CathyGuest9 What are the odds that one of the most famous bass resurfaced after all these years, while there was a big search for it at the same time? You can't say tlbp had nothing to do with it... You had no idea of what you had (and I don't blame you!) until you heard of it...
@CathyGuest9 @RassilonP Just know that I'm happy for you! I really am. And your family deserve to tell their part of the story. But your son wrote that the project was trying to take credit for finding and returning, and it's not true. They gave the credit to you, and it's on their website. What else?
@CathyGuest9 I know who Keith is. What I'm saying is that you're minimizing the work TLB has done and claiming they're taking credit while they're not. Even tho their work didn't lead to find the bass, thanks to them we know what happened to it in 72. What's your endgame? I don't get it.
@CathyGuest9 @RassilonP Hi Cathy, I don't really care when Paul got it back or when they found out who you were, etc... I just don't like reading false statements. They never claimed credit for finding the bass. It's pretty clear on the screenshot I attached. Yet that's what you're saying...
@CathyGuest9 No one from the project ever said they found it or brought it back to Paul. You did, we know it and we're grateful. But why all that hate towards the Lost Bass Project? Their work consisted in searching it, finding out where and when it was stolen etc, and they did.
@CathyGuest9 Well, the search team did trace it back to you and they were about to contact you. But you found out what you had before they could. And if it wasn't for the Lost Bass search being all over the Internet, you wouldn't have known what you had. Please, at least admit it...

"We were just about to trace the family and find out who they were"
They're not taking the credit about finding it either...
@RassilonP Hi, I don't pretend to know the whole story and I don't mean any disrespect, but that's not what I call taking all the credit for returning the bass...
