@StorySorcery I was a fourth grade teacher, and I remember learning about how elementary literacy rates connected to graduation rates and incarceration rates and the school to prison pipeline, but I can’t find anything that says prisons actively collaborate with the dept of Ed.

Honestly @daisyjonesand6 took a lot of what made @tjenkinsreid ‘s book unique and kind of made it just every other washed out rock and roll story. It smells like corporate fear.
