手離す(放っておく)：

頭の中のネガティブな声、鬱屈した気分から解放されるには「手離す」ことが勧められます

これは能動的に行為として手離すのではなく、頭の中の声に抵抗せずそれを認識しつつそのままにしておくことです

そして思考ではなく身体感覚に意識のフォーカスを当てます

部屋から出て外を歩いてみる。新しい歩き方をしてみる。例えば、かかと着地ではなく身体をやや前傾させて足裏全体を地面につけるベタ足着地で歩いてみる

腰は曲げず、背筋をシャキッと伸ばしたまま身体をやや前傾させることで脚は上に上げるだけで前に出さずとも自然と前に着地します

身体感覚に意識を置いたことでずっと繰り返していた頭の中のネガティブなおしゃべりは止んだはずです

これが「手離す」のひとつのシンプルな方法の一つです。意識のフォーカスを思考ではなく身体感覚に置き換えるだけです🍀

別のポストでも触れましたが人は普通２つのことに同時に注意を向けることは出来ないので、頭の中のグルグル思考を止めるにはそれを止めようとせずそのままにして注意を身体感覚に向けます

歩いている時の足裏の感覚等は今ここの瞬間の事実であり、事実は思考と思考の隙間により強く感じられます
