@NammaBESCOM every 15 days, power is cut to the entire apartment complex and the #BESCOM team takes 2-3 days to resolve the issue. Now, owing to cable cut by #Unknown , #bescom team is asking for money to fix this. We are regular customers, why penalize us for no fault of ours??

@MercedesBenz It didn't feel like anybody from Mercedes assistance tried to understand the seriousness of the issue that the car brokedown on the middle of highway and posed serious concern of damage the longer the car stood there. I haven't even received any call back for assurance yet (3/3)

@MercedesBenz The whole issue started at 7.30 pm and after having explained the entire problem to atleast 10 different people, we finally got someone allocated to our problem at 1030 pm and the recovery team arrived at 1.30 am. (2/3)

After 7 hours of waiting on the roadside, the tow car came at 2am in the night !!! Not really the kind of customer support expected from Mercedes Benz !!
