I was told 6 weeks when I started the process. Called over a month ago and told it would be days it would be issued.
Lots of days have passed and still no refund or any updates. #ionicrefund

@FitbitSupport I am still yet to receive an email pertaining the refund that should have been issued 22nd June at the latest according to the first email.
I called in August and was advised it was marked as a priority. Still not heard anything?
Please issue the refund.
