I wasted almost 6 hours of my day here with zero outcome. This service center is completely unreliable and not customer-friendly at all. Strongly not recommended.

@HeroMotoCorp @HeroMotoService
Worst Hero Service Center experience at Rithala.
The staff behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no respect for customers and intentionally waste time. I waited for hours, was not given proper or timely information.

[Roney @Roneychhari]

and in the end they refused to service my bike without any valid explanation.
On top of that they try to overcharge customers by adding unnecessary items and repairs just to increase the bill. It feels like they are more focused on looting customers than providing genuine service

Hey @boatlifestyle, I’ve been trying to claim warranty for my BoAt earbuds, but I keep getting a "pincode is breached" error.😡
It’s only been 2 months since purchase and one side has already stopped working. Where I get real help with this?

Dear @AxisBank, although I am not your employee but still I am working for you. @vertex is your third party and like me there are many employees who work for your. And if there is any issues in incentives, then we can hope from your side that axis will understand our situation.

Extremely bad service provided by #filpkart my two order cancelled without my consent within two days.
This is not an appropriate behavior with customers. Why you took order if you could not delivered them and cancel them without consent of customer.
