@fakehistoryhunt A good friend of mine lives in Burghead, on the coast east of Inverness. Site of a Pictish fort. A pagan fest called the Burning of the Clavie takes place there every January. Clearly idyllic. But he's moving, nae enough pubs.
@PaulMayne6 Norm had a solid World Series in '68. His second WS, he had a few at-bats with Chicago in '59. Maybe that earlier experience paid dividends.
@thorn_john Never heard of Arthur (or Frank) but the stance is familiar. "Naked Ape" author Desmond Morris had much to say about that legs-spread pose.
@Lynn_Henning Very true. The profiles of leading figures in classical music and other fields I had little or no interest in have stayed with me. 60 Minutes opened my eyes to so much.
@torontobaddy True. Of course many of those trapped in a cult are legitimate victims...weak, vulnerable and thus preyed upon. Quite sure most of that man's followers know better.
