LindellTV’s @alisonintheknow pressed @SenGaryPeters after he voted against advancing the Stop Insider Trading Act, which included restrictions on congressional stock trading and a voter-ID provision. Peters joined Senate Democrats in voting no as cloture failed 53-47, short of the 60 votes required.

“Aren’t these basic common-sense principles that most Americans support?” Alison asked.

Peters did not answer the question before leaving for what an aide said was a constituent meeting.

James Talarico went on Fox News and said he would oppose transgender athletes competing in girls' sports if their participation put safety or fairness at risk. He also said he would “absolutely” support a national ban on gender transition surgeries for minors.

Four days later, he was in Houston when a woman asked whether she could count on him to stand up for her transgender niece, including when it came to competing in women's sports.

His answer was, “Always.”

Then he said something that confirmed what I was already knew.
“The way I fought for trans kids in the legislature is how I will fight for them in the U.S. Senate. And my position hasn't changed.”

Well, his record in the Texas Legislature is there for everyone to see.

Talarico opposed legislation restricting transgender students from competing in sports based on their gender identity. He also voted against the 2023 Texas law restricting gender transition surgeries, puberty blockers and certain hormone treatments for minors.

I've listened to what he's saying now and looked at how he voted then. He is an absolute liar and will say whatever he thinks will get him elected!

Xavier Becerra says the SAVE America Act "interferes with elections." All it does is require proof of citizenship and voter ID so that only Americans pick America's leaders.

When a Democrat fights this hard against checking who's casting ballots, ask yourself why. Becerra wants to run California, and he can't even support the idea that only citizens should vote.

George W. Bush called Islam the ‘Religion of Peace’ while we were still pulling warm bodies from Ground Zero. Since then Muslims have killed 300K more people in 64,000 separate terror attacks.

🔥🚨 BREAKING — Islamic-inspired TERRORIST attack thwarted at the TEXAS State Capitol.

Texas DPS and the FBI stopped a man who told a friend he was going to the Capitol to shoot it up.

Benny Caldera Jr., 40, of Converse, was taken at his house around 3 a.m. Wednesday after a tip Tuesday night.

The state charge was a felony terroristic threat against a public servant. By evening he was in FBI custody on more. The alleged target was the Texas Capitol today.

Arrest papers say he was angry at AIPAC and told that friend, “These people have to be exterminated,” then “I am going to the Capitol and I am going to shoot it up.”

Kash Patel said the arrest came within hours of the tip. Greg Abbott said Texas will not tolerate threats against the Capitol.
