I have not been able to stream for the past 3 days, on any of my devices. I have phoned in a few times and tried to get things fixed via your chat platform.

@DStvCare I cannot stream smoothly. I have checked my fibre connection and switched to mobile data as well. Both sources of internet are fine but your stream stops to buffer every couple of seconds and sometimes I need to restart the page completely.
Please help me.

For many days now, I cannot stream smoothly on any of my devices.. even my Apple TV that is connected via a Lan cable. I initially thought that it was my fibre internet that is up to 100mb/s... but also my LTE network does not stream smoothly.
