Most challenging business experience. Trying to migrate to t mobile has been a disaster. 10 days in we still do not have voice mail. Migrating from att for better cost. But lack of service and support. Appalling. We would be out of business if we did the same
Amazing. Been Hertz gold member for years. Superior experience. What happen? Cannot log into website and called 5 times to finally get through and find out cost is double. Such a loss. Covid has killed customer service.
#southwest arrived early no gate agent. Ended up on time It’s just like waiting for the check at a Restaraunt. Not smart before gratuity is set. Now connection delayed. No flight crew. Love the people but Southwest was logistically great. now they are as weak as the others
